Information we collect
Visitors can browse YUEMA without an account. When you submit a listing enquiry, we collect the business and contact details you provide, including a required email address and price, phone or WhatsApp details, location, opening hours, description, plan choice and any photos you choose to add.
Ads Accounts and verification
Ads Accounts store login identifiers, verification status and records needed to protect account access. Phone verification references expire and are stored securely rather than as reusable plaintext. Administrative account and verification actions are recorded for security and support.
How we use information
We use enquiry and account information to respond to you, prepare and manage listings, verify account ownership, support password recovery, review submissions, prevent misuse and operate YUEMA. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Published listing information
Approved listing details are shown publicly so visitors can discover and contact the business. This may include the business name, description, location, prices, opening hours, photos, phone number and WhatsApp or other contact links supplied for publication.
Free launch promotion
Normal and Premium listings are currently free during YUEMA's launch promotion. YUEMA does not collect payment or create an automatic future charge for these submissions. Any future paid service will present its price and terms before a business chooses to purchase it.
Listing accuracy
Listings are prepared by the YUEMA team from information supplied by business owners. A Verified badge means we confirmed the contact details at the time of publishing; it is not an endorsement of services.
Contacting businesses
Calls and WhatsApp messages go directly to the business. YUEMA is not a party to any agreement, booking or payment made between a visitor and a listed business.
Owner responsibilities
People submitting or managing a listing must be authorized to provide its information and must keep it accurate and lawful. YUEMA may reject, unpublish or remove misleading, unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate content.
Updates, access and removal
Business owners can update supported details from their Ads Account or ask YUEMA to correct or remove a listing through the business enquiry form. Account and operational records may be retained for security, dispute handling and legal obligations where required.
